2006 Pinot Noir

This medium bodied and aromatic Oregon Pinot Noir opens with aromas of raspberry, cherry liqueur and leather with a touch of clove.  Pomegranate, cherry and plum flavors dominate the palate. This wine should age well for the next 7 years.

Aromas of dark chocolate, plum and herb are accompanied by smooth, rich flavors and firm structure. This wine will continue to benefit from the cellar at least through 2013.

2005 Cabernet Sauvignon

The rich, velvety wine has quickly become a staff favorite! Smooth blackberry and raspberry flavors melt in your mouth upon entry, with well-balanced tannins lingering on a smoky oak finish. Truly an amazing example of Oregon Cabernet.

2006 Silvan Ridge Syrah

Deep, dark, and intense, brimming with black fruits and exotic spices, this wine is not for the faint of heart. Great concentration of fruit and extract that is balanced by lots of soft tannins, this Syrah is most definitely a true collectors model.

2005 Silvan Ridge Elizabeth's Reserve

Named after owner and general manager Elizabeth Chambers, this is a big, juicy blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot and Syrah.  Black cherries, blackberries, moist earth and toasted oak set the stage for a sensual wine with a rich mouth feel of cherries and berries.  Good acidity and a rumbling baseline of tannin.  Only 150 cases made!

2004 Silvan Ridge Del Rio Portage

The Black Hole of wine...so purple/black that its opaque.  Made from 100% Syrah from Del Rio Vineyards in the Rogue Valley, this blockbuster is brimming with black fruits, blackberries, satsume plum and black cherry. Remarkable for its intensity of flavor. It is surprisingly lush in its youthfulness and will satisfy those who give it the test of time. Available in a 375 ml size.

2005 Silvan Ridge Pinot Noir Reserve   Bradshaw Vineyards

This Pinot, made exclusively with fruit from Bradshaw Vineyards just west of Junction City, is also a more delicate style and is barrel aged in more new oak than our regular Reserve offering.  Only 100 cases made.
