Facility Rental Policies
- A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time.
This deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
- We require a credit card be held on file for any additional expenses or damages.
- All charges except wine must be paid at least one week prior to the event.
- Amount of time given includes all vendors (photographer, florist, caterer etc).
- Set up may not take place before Noon the day of the event unless otherwise specified.
- We require the use of a professional, licensed caterer. All caterers are required to provide
at least one staff member per 25 guests.
- All wine used is limited to wines produced on premise except for champagne
- The service of any hard liquor is the sole responsibility of the caterer.
- Beer and hard alcohol are permitted only with winery consent.
- The use of rice, birdseed, potpourri, glitter and confetti (of any kind) is strictly prohibited.
An additional $50.00 fee will be added to your bill for any un-authorized use of these
items.
- Any damage caused by the use of staples, tacks, nails or duct tape will be charged
accordingly.
- Artwork displayed at the winery may not be removed without winery consent.
- Parking is limited to designated areas only and subject to availability.
Any parking along the road is in violation of Oregon Fire Safety Regulation
- Smoking is not permitted in the buildings.
- The package prices are subject to change at any time.
- Prices fixed upon Deposit.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
