Items Included in Event Rental

• One hour wedding rehearsal (if applicable)
• Rehearsals will be scheduled no sooner than two weeks prior to wedding date
• Additional rehearsal time will be charged at $50.00 per half hour.
• (Rehearsals are scheduled on a first come, first served basis)
• Licensed wine server(s)
• Full use of indoor and / or outdoor areas as specified.
• Use of kitchen facility (A $50.00 cleaning deposit is required for use of kitchen and will be applied to final balance)

Items such as glassware, silverware, dishes, napkins and table linens are not included!

Maps are highly recommended to accompany your invitations

Services Available At An Additional Charge

• Extra service staff for any reason $14/hr person
• Set up of tables and chairs at any time $18/hr person
• Linens (87 x 87 inch for round tables) $8.00/each
• Napkins $.75/ each
• Wineglasses $1.00/each
• Cake cutting and service $25.00
• Operation of sound system at any time $45.00
• Bottled water (5 Gallons) $10.00/each
